Vintage Children Topper, Bookmark and TagCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an 8x8 card, put glitter all around the lace circle ,added the bow and text,mounted the bookmark to some gold mirri card,then cut it out,also made a little tag.
