I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered the image onto a glossy red card and used white peel-off stickers to form a border around it.
Then I added some tiny snowflake stickers and a faux gem to complete the card.
This is a lovely vintage image for Christmas.
