Scallop Topper Christmas Children

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage elements. I put small amount of Crystal glitter onto the fur on the hats, and decorative gold stick on corners. This is a very cute design.
