I printed this on good quality photo paper, cut out all elements. I matted the printed card onto white linen cardstock and then onto black card. Then added the decoupage. Once that was done i made the gift card in the same manner..

I then finished off with some Kindy Glitz to give the stars some sparkle.. Quick and easy card to make but it sure packs a punch...
