Welcome to Snowtown Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed on matte photo paper, cut out topper and cartouche. Laid on a 8 x 8 scalloped card using DST. Put red border round the edge of the picture and then a silver border. Added gemstone to middle of snowflakes, eyes, earmuffs, waistcoatand the edge of cartouches.

Very simple but effective.
