'ribbon' Penguin Card HangerCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto white card, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the backing onto the main design, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, at the top of the design i attached some red ribbon so you can hang it and finished off with a tartan bow, this is a terrific card hanger, was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
