Printed the sheet out on photo mat paper. Cut out the topper and one of the small elements. Attach the topper to the front of a tent card with double stick tape. added bling gems to the middle of the four big flowers.

I added the small element into the top inside of the card. Added a greeting. this card is absolutely adorable and could be used for many different occasions.
