I printed out this design twice so I had another image to decoupage to give it more depth. I placed the base layer onto good quality card stock, then decoupaged the penguin on top.
Then from the second print I cut out the scarf and snowballs sign and decoupaged these on top. To complete the card I added a peel off greeting and some glitter to the snow to add a little sparkle.
