I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, sprayed both sheets with gold spray and sparkle, and cut to fit cream card.
I attached to same with DST, added gold card candy and stardust stickles to card front, and attached insert with DST.
A lovely design with the added bonus of matching insert included.

A pretty Anniversary card. Printed, cut out and attached to my card blank and also attached insert. Added a daisy embossed white organza bow, some tiny white bows to stems of glasses and made and added a greeting.
A lovely quick card t make that looks great when completed.
