I printed the sheet 3 times, using one as the base image which I attached to a scallop-edged card blank using DST.
Out of the other 2 copies I cut balloons to create decoupage layers which I built up using glue gel.
Finally, I added my chosen sentiment - again using glue gel - and applied pink glitter glue to the balloons and tiny turquoise self-adhesive gems to the diagonal lace trim.
