The image was printed on to satin photo paper, reducing the size to fit a 6 x 6 inch card.
A 6 x 6 inch card was covered with a blue backing paper (CUP) using DST. The main image was attached to the card using DST.
The decoupage balloons were attached to the main image using glue gel. Card candi was attached to the card using glue gel.
