With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design to welcome a new baby boy, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.

I covered an A5 card with pack script backing paper,then printed this image onto a sheet of 120g smooth decoupage paper,mounted the main image to the card,and decoupaged up the front of the card.
