I reduced the size a little and printed the sheet twice on glossy photo paper. I then cut out the main picture and decoupage from the first sheet.

I used the second sheet as a frame by trimming it and cutting out the centre and around the bootees and roses, I covered an 8 x 8 card blank with silver mirror card, used blue gingham backing paper for the centre and then centered the main picture to it using dst.

I used silicone glue to add the frame and decoupage. I finished off this beautiful design by adding silver peel off borders and silver peel off bootees to the corners.
