OccasionCongratulations / Congratulations Female
I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto rose mirror card and used foam tape to mount it to the base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.
I matted the layer I wanted to use onto the same rose mirror card and used foam tape to mount it to the base image.
I embellished with dried flowers and a die cut flower.
