Printed onto gloss photo paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edged card with cut out hearts around the edges.

Using foam pads I attached the Decoupage.

I stick a small white pearl on each wing and finished off with a silver bow on right corner. A wonderful design, makes into a lovely card.
