Resized the file to fit a 6" sq. card, then printed two copies on matte photo paper. I cut away most of the outer border from the topper and attached it to a patterned card with dst.

Used a craft knife to cut away the frame from the second copy and attached it with silicone gel for dimension, then cut some of the roses from the piece that was left and added them with silicone gel as well.

Added layers of butterflies with silicone and finished with the available insert, cup841228_20051 and some "stray" butterflies on the back and inside left panel of the card.
