Cats Quick CardCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size to fit a 4"x5 1/2" card and printed on matte photo paper. I wrapped the topper with baker's twine, then attached it securely to my card with strong dst. I wanted the card to be easily mailable, so didn't use all of the decoupage layers.

I used the floral layer to decorate the inside of the card. Finished with a baker's twine bow. Irresistible!
