I printed on matte card printing the picture and then the flower a second time, wet glued to matching base card and from the second print I cut out the teddy and flower and used as the first layer of decoupage adding with foam squares.

I used pale pink glitter on the sentiment tag and rose, added a die cut butterfly and word love from my stash then finished with the gems on the butterfly and Glossy Accents on the eyes.
