I printed,cut out and decoupaged the images.I mounted onto white card.I cut out 2 banners from a banner die,and added peel off greeting.I punched 3 balloons out and attatched with foam pads and added silver thread.I used peel off embellishments and coloured some with promarkers and added to the card.A lovely card to send or receive.
