Hippy Birthday Camper Van 2 Dl Topper, Elements & InsertCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card, added a feather & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper made from an insert.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used resin buttons to embellish. I used Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle. I added a die cut flourish.
