I love this design - it is perfect for my dragon loving sister! It is a wonderful, quick card for a young girl who loves being a princess or who believes in magic (note the elvish ears on the princess). My sister is certainly not a young girl but dragons are a passion and a touch of magic never hurt anyone ;)

I printed this design twice on matte photo paper as I wanted to layer the design. From the first print I carefully cut the princess' frame being careful to go around the dragon's nose and the wavy edge of her skirt. The rest of this print becomes my base layer.

From the 2nd print I cut the polka dot frame. I raised the top frame on 1mm foam and used 2mm foam under the dotted frame. To give the illusion of even more layers I slightly skewed the dotted frame before adding it to my base, which I had flat stuck to my card.

I added the Birthday greeting and my cards was done (I may add some yellow glitter glue to the magic dots)
