Summer Time Decoupage Card FrontCompleted by Angela Styles
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
This is a lovely bright summery design!
I printed this at half size so as to make a smaller card.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I then added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding glitter glue to the ice creams and cakes, small gems and a sentiment.
