Steampunk Fairy 8 x 8Completed by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet twice onto photo paper, so I could decoupage the fairy, and cut the pieces out. I mounted the base image onto black card, then onto a 21cm x 21cm card blank. I added the fairy and the text plate with 1mm foam pads
