Puppy LoveCompleted by Marion Kimberley-Scott - The Crafty Piper

Printed and cut out design pieces. Topper was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.

A 'cute' design, quick and easy to make (with a lovely choice of sentiments) and sure to make the recipient smile.
