I printed onto smooth white card ,then cut out all the elements,I then took a cream scalloped card scored the side to form a spine punched a strip of brown card and threaded ribbon through and added with dst then added the base design I then added the decoupage with thin fom pads,and finished by adding faux pearls to the flowers,A lovely design would be a winner with anyone who's loves to sew or does patchwork.
