Penguin Birthday CardCompleted by Doreen Bell

I was asked to make a birthday card with penguins and was so pleased to find this on the cup site. quick and easy to make.

I printed onto 200gsm card and cut out the pieces. I attached the front using double sided tape.

Then used 3D foam pads to add the decoupage. Thank you for this wonderful design.
