OK Light The Candles - Decoupage
Cartoon guy ready with fire extinguisher to tackle the candle flames once lit, lots of layers for decoupage, 3 text tiles reading Happy Birthday, You're How Old? and Sending You A Smile, matching insert available.

I printed onto matte photo card then layered onto 2 different foiled cards then mounted onto my card blank using DST.
I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with the matching insert.
Mounted over the edge style onto a punched white card blank, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents, shoe laces, candles and a co-ordinating bow, to complete I added the matching insert available separately .
After printing onto 240 gram card i mounted on backing card before onto 8 by 8 embossed card ,i then added decoupage with sticky pads.
