Used a white base card. Printed sheet on 160gsm paper. Cut out elements. Mounted topper and text on navy card with slight sheen. Wrapped blue grosgrain ribbon around blue spot paper and mounted on white card then on the navy card at an angle.
Attached topper using sticky pads again at an angle and the text with DST. added candi to embellish. Decided to mount things at an angle to go with the 'mad' theme! Greetings on Sticky pads. Simple effective idea and quick to make up.
