Forever Friends Birthday Black BackgroundCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto matt card and matted the base layer onto blue holographic card and then onto silver mirror card, i mounted it to the 8x8 base card with DST.

I cut out the balloon, bear and cake from the 2nd sheet and used foam pads to mount them to the base layer.

I added some Stickles for sparkle.
