Fabulous Blue Steampunk with DecoupageCompleted by Blossoms Designs

I printed and cut out the sheet,Then added the base onto a C5 card with DST,cut around it so that there is no card showing,then decoupaged the rest of the elements onto it with foam pads a nice card for a boy or a man
