Dance by Moonlight InsertCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm photo paper. I used an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper. I matted the image onto pale green holo card, added a pink feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card base.

I decoupaged a lady from another sheet and decoupaged the layers from the sheet. I used Star Dust, Icicle & Ice-stickles to give it some sparkle.
