Cupcake with a Banner

I printed onto decoupage paper,resizing and printing an extra mini cupcake.I matted the main image to lilac backing from kit,cup508681_5 and attached to a pink C5 card with 2.5cm cut off the bottom edge, using DST.

I attached a knotted length of silver metallic rope thread across the page and used silicone to attach one end of the flags.I layered with silicone gel adding the tiny cupcake in one corner.

I embellished the greeting and one corner with die cut mini 3D gold flowers with pearl hearts. I added pearls to the tip of the cupcakes. A lovely, cute design, which is easy to make. It looks pretty and eyecatching made up.
