Copied to gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. matted to pale blue card stock and one of my kit backgrounds. Used d.s.foam tape to build up the layers of the decoupage. Added one handmade flower, three buttons and a gingham bow.

A sweet image which can be used for various occasions and will be a delight to receive.
