Birthday Cake with ScallopCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

Prited onto glossy photo card then mouted onto very pale pink card using DST. Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with a large pink glitter gem.
