Birthday Boy Decoupage Quick Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base in the centreof a blue C5 card to give the design the effect of being framed, i then added a silver wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish i made up the design with all the elements, this is a bright design for any lad or man, and was very easy to make up.
