I printed this topper on gloss photo paper, I used DST. and foam squares to decoupage, and to mount on light teal green card stock ,and then onto a printed card stock, and onto a white card, I used a punch for the corners, and fine glitter to highlight the balloons and the cup cake.

I decided not to use the sentiments at this time. This is a very quick and easy topper.
