Printed onto Photo paper. After cutting out all the elements I made a card from Gold Metallic card stock. I used DST to attach the main element onto the card. Used foam pads to build up the Pyramid.

I used tiny stick on pearls in the holes on the lace around card. This is a lovely design and easy to make up.
