Bear Gone Fishing

I Printed on matte card printing the picture another three times, I did not use the decoupage on the sheet except for the sentiment tag but i did cut away the outer black border from the second print and used as the first layer of decoupage using foam squares to add all the decoupage, I cut out the bear and fishing pole from the second print and just the arms, head and pole from the third print.

I used a turguoise mix glitter on the edge of the frames, sentiments and bubbles, gold "Wink of Stella Brush" on the reeds and hat band then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes and nose.
