Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. Crystal glitter was put onto aspects of the Design. I found a bag of colored shells in my craft stash, and stuck one to each corner.
A wonderful Design.
