I printed on smooth card and cut out the elements. I matted the main image on blue mirror card and mounted on a White square 8" card blank with DST.
I added the decoupage with foam pads. I added a greeting with foam tape.
I used glossy accents and gold glamour dust to highlight the bells and the gold crown. I added gold 18 numbers and letters to form James, to personalise the card. I added wobble eyes to the joker and finished with an exploding bottle of champagne. What a lovely bright humorous card for all ages! It looks really eyecatching, and is so easy to craft.

Printed on photo paper, I cut out the elements. I used dst to fix the main design to a square scalloped cream card and foam pads for the decoupage.
I decorated with gold gems where the bells are and glitter on the coloured ribbons. I added one of the sentiments
