A Cut, Wash, and Blow Dry PleaseCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a polka dot C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads and I finished my card by adding the someone special sentiment at the bottom of the design, this is a terrific design for any little one, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
