Printed out 2 to the page and cut out. Attached to a 6x6 card using d/s tape. Placed the smallest picture to the back of the card and the other tag to the left side of the inside of the card.
I used cup379598_1209 which is the matching sheet for the front of the card. I have not added a sentiment so that it can be used for various occasions.
