Have a Wizard Birthday! Decoupage Quick Card FrontCompleted by Handmade By Carol
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Children
I used an A5 mauve card to mount the wizard topper, then added peel offs around the edge. I then layered up the wizard and stars using a combination of 1mm and 2mm foam pads, I then added some sparkle to the wand to finish of this colourful card.
