Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. I used DST to attach the Topper to a White card.

Used Foam Pads to add Decoupage, and put a pretty pearl in the middle of the flowers, and stuck a Bow complimenting the Color of this Beautiful design, which is very easy to make up.
