Smiley BirthdayCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage topper. I scored and folded an A5 card and attached some background paper from my craft box to the card with double sided tape.
I then attached the design to the front of the card with thin foam tape. This bright and happy card will bring a smile to anyone’s birthday.
