Teddy Birthday Express Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base in the centre of a white card then added a blue straight border all round the outside edges of the design, then i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific colourful design when madeup, and was very easy to cut and make up perfect for any little boy or girl.
