Forever friends with birthday cakeCompleted by Linda Short

Printed on matte photo paper and attached to 7x7 scalloped card. Trimmed around bear and cake and built up image with foam pads. Added age sentiment to balloons and finished with a touch of glitter. A cute and sweet card that is very quick to make.
