Dancing Bear Birthday

This is a square layered card front or topper with a pretty dancing bear in the centre. The background is a tonal painted effect, the backing for the dancing bear is of a floral design. The bold Happy Birthday is emblazoned across the top of the card front and gifts and a tonal gift bow embellish the design. Decoupage is included for layering up.
