Printed onto gloss photo paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the main Topper to a Plain textured pale blue card. Used foam pads to build up the design.

I put a blue bling in middle of Bow and yellow ones in the middle of Flowers, and little crystals on buttons on trousers.

This is a pretty design and makes up well.
