Cute Fuzzy Bear with Pink Roses and BowCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached topper to pretty pink paper, and leaving a small amount showing I cut around the edges, I then used foam pads to attach decoupage.

I used a dark pink glitter on the flowers and in middle of bow.

I stuck a small pink bow on each of the top corners. a very pretty design.
